Welcome to CrewSpot. By downloading, accessing, or using the CrewSpot application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use CrewSpot.
By creating an account and using CrewSpot, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free and premium subscribers.
When using CrewSpot, you agree to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Free Plan: The free plan is available to all registered users with no payment required. Feature access is limited as described in our pricing page.
Premium Plans: Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Free Trial: New premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged automatically.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first premium subscription charge, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge by contacting our support team.
No Partial Refunds: Except for the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, we do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods. Once you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
Trial Cancellations: Cancellations during the free trial period result in no charge. No refunds are available for trial periods that have ended.
By You: You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed within 30 days.
By CrewSpot: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access CrewSpot ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
All content, features, and functionality of CrewSpot — including but not limited to the design, code, logos, and text — are owned by CrewSpot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
CrewSpot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of CrewSpot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
